Can I return or exchange an item?
Yes. Request a no-reason return or exchange within 30 days after delivery. We pay return shipping for approved no-reason and quality-problem returns. Customized goods, clearance items, gift cards, and opened intimate or hygiene-sensitive goods are not returnable except where required by law or a verified quality problem.
