Refund Policy

We offer 30-day no-reason returns and exchanges. You may request a return or exchange within 30 days after delivery without providing a reason.

Contact support@therabreathspace.shop before sending an item. Once approved, therabreath will provide a prepaid return label or an equivalent free arrangement. We pay return shipping for both approved no-reason returns or exchanges and returns involving damage, defects, quality problems, missing components, or an incorrect item.

Customized or personalized goods, clearance items, gift cards, and opened intimate or hygiene-sensitive goods cannot be returned unless applicable law or a verified quality problem requires otherwise. Return eligible items safely with included components and original packaging when reasonably possible. These conditions do not limit non-waivable consumer rights.

Approved refunds are sent to the original payment method after the returned item is received and inspected. Banks and card issuers generally post the credit within 5–10 business days after we issue it.

An order may be cancelled before shipment by contacting us promptly. After shipment, the order is handled under this Refund Policy.
