We serve the United States only. Standard shipping is free; processing normally takes 1–2 business days and estimated transit after dispatch is 4–6 business days. Tracking is provided. Delivery estimates are not guarantees.

No-reason returns and exchanges may be requested within 30 days after delivery. We pay return shipping for approved no-reason and quality-problem returns. Refund credits generally post within 5–10 business days after issuance. Customized goods, clearance items, gift cards, and opened intimate or hygiene-sensitive goods are not returnable except where law or a verified quality problem requires otherwise.

Orders may be cancelled before shipment. After shipment, the Refund Policy applies. Prices are displayed in USD, and taxes are collected according to applicable law. We may refuse or cancel fraudulent, unlawful, unauthorized, or materially mispriced orders.
